Well, hockey club is over for another week. We've been playing at 6pm lately, to combat the diminishing daylight as winter approaches.

Anyhow, time to get all indignant.

There has been some drama lately between two very important members of hockey club (nay, founding members!). So much drama in fact, that our own Icing Champion, Lord of the 40-foot Hat Trick, The Russian-Canadian-Halfling-Who-Is-Not didn't show up to hockey club tonight. And we missed him. He did lose his hard disk recently and so he must reconstitute his legal mp3 collection, but still...

Missing hockey club is missing out on adventure, intrigue, battle scars and good times. The accumulation of static data shouldn't take a second seat to an instrinsically dynamic, never-will-this-happen-again event.

Well, maybe it should. Time to grieve, I suppose...
